Tribute Donation

Donations are always a special way to congratulate friends and family on special occasions. You can also use this program to raise money by asking others to give to Herzog Hospital in lieu of gifts for birthdays, graduations, weddings, anniversaries, etc.

Once we process your information you will receive an acknowledgement letter, and your honoree will also receive a letter notifying them that you have made a gift in their name (we do not disclose the amount of the gift).
