Children

Herzog Hospital has expanded its care to treat children. The Community Mental Health Center treats children and youth with psychological problems within the community; the Etgar Institute provides specialized treatment for children who suffer from ADHD and Tourette’s syndrome; The Israel Center for the Treatment of Psychotrauma established a program to screen, identify and treat children and youth who are suffering from psychological trauma throughout Israel; and the Children’s Chronic Respiratory Unit cares for children and youth who are unable to breath on their own.
