The Dr. Max and Gianna Glassman Ambulatory Center

The Dr. Max and Gianna Glassman Ambulatory Center

Herzog Hospital has opened the newly constructed Dr. Max and Gianna Glassman Ambulatory Health Care Center.

With gratitude to the generosity of the late Dr. Max and his wife Gianna Glassman and the Jewish National Fund of Toronto, the new Glassman Ambulatory Health Center consolidates all of Herzog Hospital’s outpatient services under one roof. The new Center is built on the Herzog Hospital campus. It is designed with separate entrances for each of its clinics, as well as a separate entrance just for children. With the demands for services of all outpatient services continually increasing, the new Glassman Center streamlines and improves the comprehensive outpatient care that Herzog provides.

The four story Center has rooms for counseling individuals, as well as larger rooms for group sessions. There is an education center to conduct the many workshops and lectures that the staff provides to the public and health care professionals. A reference library provides-  staff and students the opportunity to consult the latest research and treatment techniques. Each floor will also have a sheltered area to protect patients and staff in case of a missile attack.
