The leadership of Herzog Hospital visited The President of Israel, Isaac Herzog

The President of Israel, Isaac Herzog recently hosted the leadership of Herzog Hospital at the President’s residence. Dr. Yehezkel Caine, Herzog Hospital President, and Dr. Jacob Haviv, the Hospital’s CEO were invited by President Herzog to acknowledge the family’s long standing relationship with the hospital. The Hospital is named after President Herzog’s grandmother Rabbanit Sarah Herzog, who served as President of the Hospital from 1943-1979. After her passing, the hospital which was established in 1894 called Ezrath Nashim, was renamed the Rabbanit Sarah Herzog Hospital.

We are honored by this relationship with the Herzog family, which dates back from Rabbanit Sarah Herzog to her son Chaim Herzog, Israel’s sixth president, and now to her grandson, Israel’s current President Isaac Herzog.
