Our Work With

Herzog Medical Centre is dedicated to treating patients from every sector of Israeli society. Herzog has specialized in treating the elderly, children and infants, young adults at risk and psychotrauma victims as it has grown over the years. This is due in part to adapting its service provision to meet the increase demand on behalf of Israeli society for specialized medical treatment. A large majority of Herzog’s geriatric patients are also holocaust survivors.

To augment its work and maximize the effectiveness of its treatment, Herzog Medical Centre has invested heavily in conducting multidisciplinary research focusing on Neurogenerative Diseases and mental health through its Clinical Research Center for Brain Sciences. This has led to the development of innovative and groundbreaking patents revolutionizing the treatment protocols of schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, depression and stroke related ailments.

With the ongoing War with Hamas, Herzog Medical Centre has launched specialized programs focusing on mental health initiatives to meet the exponential increase in demand for mental health provision. Its work also involves the rehabilitation and treatment of wounded discharged soldiers and security personnel.

Lastly, Herzog Medical Centre plans on establishing a Centre of Medical Influence, offering a total of 1,200 hospital beds, a strategic initiative in collaboration with the Israeli Health Ministry to address the growing health needs of Israel’s population while significantly upgrading Israel’s health system by 2023.

Herzog treats infants from the age of three months until 21 years of age providing them with chronic respiratory care, inpatient and outpatient mental health care as well as specialized rehabilitation.
