Equipment Needed
Medical equipment are vital tools that our dedicated doctors and nurses need to provide the highest level of heath care to the patients at Herzog Medical Center. Please see the list of the many items we are seeking ongoing support for in order to meet the needs of the 550 patients that receive in-patient care as well as the thousands more treated through our day care and walk in clinics.
Volunteering at Herzog
Herzog Medical Center is happy to receive volunteers from Israel and abroad. Volunteers can donate to the Medical Center in a variety of ways:
- Assisting the nursing staff in daily tasks.
- Spending time with patients – accompanying them, talking to them etc.
- Assistance in research conducted at Herzog Medical Center.
- Paramedically trained volunteers can contribute their professional skills.
Please note:
Herzog Medical Center accepts volunteers over the age of 18 who are moderately proficient in Hebrew. For volunteers from abroad, we recommend a volunteer period of at least one month in Israel.
