Hospice Home Care Unit

Mission Statement:

* To care for terminally ill patients in their home

* To treat their pain and improve their quality of life

* A team of specially trained doctors, nurses, social workers and volunteers work with the patients and their families to provide home health care and guidance

Services provided are:

* Palliative care for the terminally ill (not just cancer)

* 24 hours a day/7 days a week, including support hot-line

Availability:

* For members of Health Funds – by arrangement

* Directly from Herzog Hospital
